FIT Mind & Body: A Holistic Health Workshop

FIT Mind & Body starts Wednesday, March 21 at 12 pm


FIT Mind & Body is a 6-week, process-focused program with an emphasis on the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of health. This is a research based, results oriented program with weekly 45 minute sessions conducted in a lecture + workshop format. We will discuss concepts during each in-person meeting; the context for how they fit into health and wellness will be highlighted, and scientific support will be offered when appropriate. Participants will have an opportunity to apply the ideas to their personal context, practice new skills, and receive feedback.

Date & Time: Wednesdays at 12 pm, March 21 - April 25

Location: The University of Texas, Bellmont Hall Room 710A
